When traveling to Wulingyuan, a world natural heritage site in Zhangjiajie, have you stayed in a B&B? Have you photographed the B&B? On January 26, the first B&B Photography Contest in Wulingyuan, Zhangjiajie was launched at No. 5 Valley B&B. This competition will end on December 26, 2019, and a total of 50 gold, silver, and bronze collection works as well as outstanding and commemorative works will be evaluated.
The first Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan B&B Photography Competition is guided by Zhangjiajie City Wulingyuan District Tourism Working Committee Office, Zhangjiajie City Photographers Association, Zhangjiajie City Wulingyuan District Photographers Association, No. 5 Valley , Zishan Manju, Mirror Cube Mountain Residence, Shuimu Xiaoxiang, Homecoming Children Inn, Jianwai, Dayong Secret Realm, PURESPACE, Centenary Huazhen and other nine Wulingyuan B&Bs were hosted by representatives, Feng Yun Hosted by the Tea House Photography Salon Club and co-organized by the Zhangjiajie Inn Association, it aims to promote and display the architectural style, leisure and livable environment, and cultural connotation of Wulingyuan B&Bs in the form of photographic art, further promote the development of Wulingyuan's B&B industry, assist the construction of Wulingyuan International Tourism and Leisure Resort, increase the visibility and reputation of Wulingyuan rural B&Bs, and promote the rapid and healthy development of Zhangjiajie's overall tourism.

This competition is open to photography enthusiasts across the country. Entries must be photos of the beautiful natural scenery, humanities and folk customs, characteristic decoration designs, and unique cultural connotations of various rural B&Bs in Wulingyuan. They must be in line with the theme of the competition. The expression techniques are not limited, but excessively adjusted photos will not be accepted. The main objects of the works are the organizers and co-organizers of this competition. Submissions can only be made through the online mailbox (541224999@qq.com, please note Wulingyuan B&B Photography Competition). There is no limit to the number of works submitted by the author, either single or group photos. The group photo should be no less than 4 and no more than 8 works. Negative and reversal films will not be accepted. The data file of the photographic work must be in jpg format, with the long side required to be 2048 pixels and within 5M. When submitting the work, the shooting location and B&B must be marked.
Within one month after the competition deadline, the organizer will select 2 gold collection works, 3 silver collection works, 5 bronze collection works, 20 outstanding works, and 20 commemorative works among all submissions. The author of the commemorative work will receive 3 guest rooms provided by the organizer (choose one room from each of three hotels for one night); the author of the other grade works will not only receive 5 guest rooms provided by the organizer (choose one room from each of five hotels for one night), but will also receive a minimum of 500 yuan and a maximum of 4,000 yuan per painting remuneration from the organizer.
Wulingyuan B&B, the beautiful scenery beyond the mountains and rivers of Zhangjiajie. In recent years, Wulingyuan District of Zhangjiajie City has emerged in the process of developing rural tourism. Many unique rural B&Bs have emerged, injecting new vitality into the development of Wulingyuan's tourism industry and becoming a resounding business card for attracting tourists from all over the world to Wulingyuan for leisure vacation. Up to now, Wulingyuan District has built 310 specialty B&Bs with 1,408 beds. A large number of specialty B&Bs are well-known at home and abroad. The Xiehe Township specialty B&B group was highlighted at the 2018 National Rural Tourism and Tourism Poverty Alleviation Conference.
