First Batch of Mini Fire Stations Put into Use
On January 11, 2016, the first batch of 20 "micro fire stations" in Wulingyuan District, Zhangjiajie City were completed and put into use. As can be seen in key fire protection units and communities in the area, the newly established micro fire stations follow the construction standards of "personnel, equipment, and combat effectiveness", have unified appearance signs, and are fully equipped with equipment and equipment such as fire extinguishing, communications, demolition, and personnel protection equipment.
"After the micro fire station is set up, it cannot just stay in form. Daily management, duty linkage, assessment and evaluation and other systems must be followed step by step and implemented." During the construction process of the micro fire station, the Wulingyuan District Fire Department attaches great importance to it. According to the "existing combination of facilities, no "Adequate compensation" method, integrate the functions of fire management personnel in key units, carry out daily fire inspections, fire safety reminders and "face-to-face, hand-in-hand" publicity and training on a regular basis, and strive to make micro fire stations become fire inspection patrol teams, fire extinguishing and rescue advance teams, and fire safety publicity teams.
Key Units and Communities to Build Stations Successively
There are 61 key units in the jurisdiction (including government departments), including 34 hotels, 5 flammable and explosive sites, and 4 communities. All of them will build mini fire stations in accordance with the requirements in the near future. At present, the completed micro fire stations and district firefighting have been successfully "docking" to achieve unified dispatch and command, improve collaborative combat capabilities, and have initially built a complete firefighting support network for early fire rescue, small fire extinguishing, and "3-minute arrival on the scene".
