Experts Conduct Joint On-Site Route Inspection
On February 18, the Tourism and Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Bureau of Wulingyuan District, Zhangjiajie City, jointly with development and reform, highways, district tourism industry development companies and other relevant units, together with experts from Beijing Boya Fanglue Landscape Tourism Landscape Planning and Design Institute, conducted an on-site inspection of the "Fenglin Canyon" and "Wuling Folk" cultural and ecological tourism integrated development boutique routes in Wulingyuan District, and started the preparation of the public service facility construction plan for the route.
The "Fenglin Canyon" and "Wuling Folk" cultural and ecological tourism integrated development boutique routes are two important routes among the 12 cultural and ecological integrated development boutique routes in the greater western Hunan region. Wulingyuan District mainly involves Chaqiyu Village and Yangjiaping Village in Xiehe Township, Yexipu Neighborhood Committee and Tianzishan Town in Zhonghu Township. In accordance with the requirements of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Tourism Bureau, the entire preparation work must be compliant, feasible, forward-looking, and people-oriented. The main construction contents include four aspects: characteristic rural tourism traffic signs, rural visitor center complex, tourist atmosphere iconic landscape, and information construction.
Building and Improving Public Service Facilities
After the construction of public service facilities for these two lines is completed, it will play an important role in accelerating the pace of poverty alleviation in the greater Xiangxi region, promoting the integrated development of cultural and ecological tourism, further improving the level of tourism public services, creating a boutique line tourism atmosphere, and creating a unified brand image of "Shen Yun Xiangxi". The entire preparation work will be completed by the end of this month.
