Wulingyuan Visitor Numbers During the Dragon Boat Festival Holiday
During the Dragon Boat Festival mini-holiday, the Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Scenic Area saw a mix of sunshine and rain. According to the Wulingyuan District tourism department, over the three-day holiday the core scenic area received more than 62,000 visitors, Baofeng Lake Scenic Area nearly 8,000, the Bailong Elevator over 23,000, the Huangshizhai Cableway over 6,000, and Huanglong Cave Scenic Area more than 10,000. Over the three-day holiday, all Wulingyuan scenic spots handled visitors smoothly, with no major tourism complaints, ensuring safe operations.
