II. Event Introduction
Zhangjiajie is located in northwestern Hunan, on the middle and upper reaches of the Lishui River, in the heart of the Wuling Mountains. It is the birthplace and central area of the Hunan-Hubei-Western Hunan-Hubei-Sichuan-Guizhou revolutionary base areas. As the first national forest park, one of China's first batch of 5A-rated scenic areas, and a site on the UNESCO World Natural Heritage List, Zhangjiajie is renowned far and wide. Pristine landscapes such as Shili Gallery, Xibu Street, and Tianzi Mountain appear again and again in spectacular landscape photography.
This China Image Portal "Beauty Without Borders" Master Photography Class will be held in the beautiful scenery of Zhangjiajie. Participants can freely capture beautiful scenes that are usually difficult to photograph, and outstanding works from this event will also be published and displayed on Xinhua Net, the China Net Photo Gallery, China Image Portal (www.cicphoto.com), and other websites.
