Multi-department joint inspection of tourism safety hazards
On September 22, the Wulingyuan District Tourism Industry Committee organized multiple functional departments such as tourism, safety supervision, public security, quality supervision, and fire protection to carry out a joint operation to conduct a concentrated inspection of potential safety hazards in the tourism industry before the holidays. They conducted rigorous and detailed inspections to plug loopholes in tourism safety supervision and welcome the arrival of the "National Day" Golden Week with the highest safety factor.
The focus of the inspection includes the implementation of safety production responsibilities in travel agencies, shopping venues, star-rated hotels, scenic spots (spots), tourism special equipment, amusement places, etc. Through on-site inspections of production safety management rules and regulations, safety emergency preparedness, safety production training and safety knowledge for employees, operation conditions of various facilities and equipment, on-duty safety production personnel, safety tips, etc., we can discover weak links and existing problems in safety production management. Problems discovered during the inspection will be registered by the District Tourism Committee Office, and the relevant functional departments involved in the inspection will issue rectification notices as appropriate. The rectifications must be in place before the National Day and must be accepted for acceptance inspection.
Four-day concentrated inspection of key industries
This centralized inspection of production safety lasts for 4 days. Wan Qikun, deputy director of the District People's Government and deputy director of the Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Scenic Area and National Forest Park Administration, requested that the scope of inspections be expanded for the tourism industry that is prone to, frequent, and frequent accidents, and key supervision and inspections be implemented. Key facilities and equipment such as ropeways, elevators, cruise ships, and environmentally friendly vehicles must not participate in the Golden Week reception with "illnesses."
Peng Bin, director of the Office of the District Tourism Working Committee, said that while conducting a major pre-holiday safety production inspection, the District Tourism Working Committee will also formulate and issue a reception work plan for the "Eleventh" Golden Week, and the entire district will mobilize to prepare for the National Day tourism reception peak.
