Wulingyuan Launches 720 Panoramic Photo Shoot
Starting May 20, Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Scenic Area began shooting 720 panoramic images. The first phase will cover five spots, including Jiangjun Terrace (Pointing-General Terrace) on Tianzi Mountain, the General's Ranks in Yuanjiajie, Water Winding Around Four Gates in Suoxiyu, and Star-Plucking Terrace on Huangshizhai.
The 720-degree panoramic roaming perspective fully meets tourists' expectations for a virtual tour of a scenic area. A 3D panorama is an image stitched together from photographs, preserving the authenticity of the scene to the greatest extent and comprehensively displaying all the scenery within a full dual 360-degree spherical range. You can press and drag to view every direction of the scene; the horizontal 360-degree and vertical 360-degree surround view creates a three-dimensional spatial sensation, making viewers feel as if they are there in person.
Panoramas Will Be Linked to the Website and WeChat
According to the head of the Wulingyuan District Tourism Bureau, the completed panoramas will be linked to the Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan tourism website and Zhangjiajie tourism WeChat, allowing users to browse the interior real-life scenes of relevant scenic spots in Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan via mobile phones or tablet computers, greatly enhancing tourists' virtual tourism experience.
