National Day holiday tourism reception goals

On October 1, when the reporter came to various tourist reception posts in the scenic area of ​​Wulingyuan City, he saw the staff who were sticking to their posts, the temporarily opened parking lots, various warm reminder signs on both sides of the road, and the strong festive atmosphere. The biggest feeling was that the place was ready and ready.

Tourism Work Committee formulates reception work plan

It is understood that in order to carefully prepare for the National Day holiday tourism reception work, the Wulingyuan District Tourism Working Committee formulated a detailed "2015 National Day Holiday Tourism Reception Work Plan" and established a command and coordination mechanism with the district party secretary as the commander-in-chief, the district mayor and the deputy director of the Zhang Management Bureau as the executive deputy commander-in-chief, and other department-level leaders as deputy commander-in-chief, to further strengthen overall coordination and organizational leadership during the entire holiday period. Before the holiday, we organized tourism, public security, traffic police, transportation, fire protection, health, food and drug and other tourism-related functional departments and scenic area management units to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth investigation of potential safety hazards in scenic spots, highways, environmentally friendly vehicles, ropeways, elevators, cruise ships, hotels and other reception facilities. At the same time, we have also carried out centralized rectification actions on tourism order to severely crack down on chasing tourists and illegal operations to ensure a good tourism environment.

Tourism-related units implement duty and standby

During the National Day, tourism-related units in the region implemented a 24-hour duty system, with more than 2,000 staff directly on duty and 66 participating units. Among them, the traffic police department has set up 13 duty points with 90 police personnel; the public security department has set up 13 duty points with 119 police personnel; the armed police has assisted 6 duty points and mobilized 60 armed police personnel. At the same time, 21 tourism information desks have been set up in traffic arteries and scenic spots, and are equipped with more than 100 staff. Medical rescue stations, tourism speedy court trial liaison rooms, and police offices have been set up in scenic spots, forming a "10-minute scenic spot emergency rescue and treatment circle." In addition, more than 4,800 temporary parking spaces have been added for self-guided tours and self-driving tourists, and 8,000 "An Daotong" handheld navigation devices have been deployed in core scenic spots and Huanglong Cave scenic spots to provide them with intelligent tour guide services during the National Day holiday.

As of press time, some self-driving enthusiasts from Hunan Province and surrounding provinces and cities such as Hubei, Chongqing, and Guizhou have arrived at the scenic spot. It is expected that Wulingyuan District will usher in a peak tourism reception during the National Day holiday on October 2 and 3.
