Wulingyuan is a member of the China Love Scenery Zone Alliance and has many tourism resources containing love elements, such as Wanglang Peak, Husband and Wife Rock, Qianli Meeting (peak), Meet each other late (peak), Huanglong Cave, Baofeng Love Lake, Xibu Old Street, etc., all of which embody Wulingyuan’s unique and profound love cultural connotation. In order to strengthen the publicity and promotion of Wulingyuan cultural tourism resources and love culture, promote the creation of China's most beautiful love scene area, and promote the development of Wulingyuan wedding tourism, the Wulingyuan District People's Government of Zhangjiajie City, Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Scenic Area and National Forest Park Administration plan to launch the first Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan "Mountain Alliance Promise" Most Beautiful Wedding Photography Contest. 3. Contents of call for papers
Wedding photos with elements of natural scenery, urban construction, beautiful countryside, folk culture and other elements within the jurisdiction of Wulingyuan District.
4. Activity form
The competition is open to wedding photographers and photography enthusiasts at home and abroad. In June 2019, the launching ceremony of the first Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan "Shanmeng Promise" Most Beautiful Wedding Photography Contest was held in Wulingyuan, and in December 2019, the first Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan "Shanmeng Promise" Most Beautiful Wedding Photography Competition year-end award ceremony was held. News media from inside and outside the province will be invited to cover the event.
5. Participation methods
1. Release of call for papers. The organizer issued a call for submissions for the contest on major news information platforms, short video platforms, Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Tourism website, blog, Weibo and other media.
2. Entry method: During the photo competition, contestants will bring their own models and assistants to participate, and take wedding photos with Wulingyuan characteristic elements within the jurisdiction of Wulingyuan District.
3. Entries should be sent to the dedicated email address of zjjwlylyj@163.com before November 30, 2019. The subject of the email should be marked in the format of "The First Wulingyuan Wedding Mountain Alliance Promise Photography Competition Entries + Contestant's Name + Contact Information". 6. Event promotion
1. Display of works. During the competition, the organizer will work with Sina Weibo to open the topic of "The First Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Mountain Alliance's Most Beautiful Wedding Photography Column". The tourism website of Wulingyuan District, Zhangjiajie City (http://www.hnzjj.com/) will open a column to display the contest entries. The media resources of the China Love Scenery Area Alliance will be simultaneously promoted, and major domestic news information platforms and new media platforms will be displayed and promoted.
2. After the selection, the winners and teams were invited to participate in the year-end award ceremony of the first Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan "Shanmeng Promise" Most Beautiful Wedding Photography Competition. Certificates and bonuses were awarded to the winners on site. A "Wedding Show" was held at the same time to showcase the style of various "most beautiful wedding dresses" in the form of a catwalk.

If the award does not meet the requirements, it will be vacant. The same author will not win the same level award repeatedly.
8. Instructions for submission
1. Entries must be wedding photography, and there is no limit to the number of submissions.
2. The work must be an original work shot within the jurisdiction of Wulingyuan District, Zhangjiajie City within the specified time of the competition.
3． Picture submission method: Contestants will send their works to zjjwlylyj@163.com (email subject should indicate: The first Wulingyuan Mountain Alliance Wedding Photography Competition works + contestant’s name + contact information).
4. Naming of the work file: author name + work title, along with author name, contact information, shooting time, shooting location and other relevant information.
5. Please shoot in JPG format or RAW format when shooting. The images submitted for competition must be in color JPG format, with a size of no less than 3M and a long side of no less than 3000 pixels.
6. The author is responsible for the portrait rights, costume design copyright and other rights involved in the work.
7. Once the works are shortlisted and awarded, they will be announced to the public. The author must provide the original high-definition large image (RAW or JPG format) within the specified time. If the original photo and material cannot be provided on time, the author will be deemed to have automatically given up the qualification to win the award. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify the work from winning.
9. Selection criteria
After the call for papers ends, experts will conduct an open and fair selection to determine the awards.
10. Special statement
1. There is no entry fee for this competition and no submissions will be returned. For all award-winning works, the organizer has the right to use them in tourism promotions and albums, exhibitions, newspapers, magazines, CDs and other public welfare publicity without additional royalties.
2. The author shall have independent and complete copyrights for the submitted works; the author shall be solely responsible for the copyright, portrait rights, reputation rights and other legal responsibilities involved in the works.
3． Contestants must not violate relevant Chinese laws and regulations when filming, nor must they violate relevant regulations in the location where the filming takes place.
4. Participants must obey the unified management of the scenic spot, not affect the normal tour of tourists, and pay attention to their own and tourists' personal safety. All accidents, responsibilities and losses that occur during filming shall be borne by the photographer or the organization.
5. The personal income tax involved in this event will be withheld and paid by the organizer.
6. Contributors are deemed to agree to and abide by the above provisions.
7. The organizer has the final right of interpretation for this event.
