(Deng Daoli, Wang Ling) Recently, the Wulingyuan District People's Government signed a major investment project cooperation agreement with Sanya Junda Car Performance Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Jinyinhai Fund Management Co., Ltd., and Zhangjiajie Jiyang Real Estate Co., Ltd. According to the agreement, these three companies will invest 3.58 billion yuan in Wulingyuan City to build three major tourism projects: Zhangjiajie Qunsheng Car Performance Hall, Jinyinhai International Hotel, and Tianmashan Mutianzi Cultural Tourism Industry City. Wulingyuan District Party Committee Secretary Zhu Yongwen, District Party Committee Deputy Secretary and District Mayor Chu New Year, District People's Congress Standing Committee Director Chen Jun, District CPPCC Chairman Xu Zhongliang, District Committee Standing Committee and District Party Committee Propaganda Minister Yang Shaowu attended the signing ceremony.
Investment and construction of car stunt performance hall project
Zhangjiajie Qunsheng Car Performance Center is invested by Sanya Junda Car Performance Co., Ltd. The project is located in Baihuazhou, Wenfeng Neighborhood Committee, Suoxiyu Town, with a planned land area of 20 acres and a total construction area of 16,000 square meters. The project budget has a total investment of 280 million yuan. After completion, it will become the first professional car stunt performance venue in China. Because of its fashion, novelty, thrills, excitement, shock and other characteristics, it will become a new highlight of Wulingyuan attracting tourists from all over the world. Jinyinhai International Hotel is located in the Huajuan Road Neighborhood Committee of Jundiping Subdistrict Office, with a planned land area of 69 acres. Shenzhen Jinyinhai Fund Management Co., Ltd. invested 1.5 billion yuan in construction. It plans to build a high-end hotel with original features and an all-wooden structure that integrates leisure vacations, business clubs, tourism and shopping, Internet +, fitness and entertainment and other functions within two years. Tianmashan Mutianzi Cultural Tourism Industry City is located in the Tianmashan area of Yujiazui. It was built with an investment of 1.8 billion yuan from Zhangjiajie Jiyang Real Estate Co., Ltd., with a planned land area of 1,100 acres, and a construction period of 2-3 years. The project highlights the theme of Mu Tianzi cultural tourism, integrates history and culture into tourism and leisure through high-tech means, and combines the six elements of tourism business, learning, nourishment, leisure, emotion and novelty to create a new highlight of Zhangjiajie cultural museum tourism. The project includes five major highlights, including the Sky Yaochi, the Queen Mother of the West Theatre, Emperor Mu’s Eight Flying Horses, Visitors from the World, and Mu Tianma Pagoda. Among them, the Sky Yaochi spans the east and west hills of Tianma Mountain, with a span of 83 meters. When completed, it will become the world’s largest fully transparent aerial water park.
