Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Scenic Area announced that from June 12 to September 12, 2018, the scenic area will implement a ticket-free policy for all college entrance examination candidates this year. It is reported that this is the first well-known tourist attraction in the country to offer free admission to college entrance examination candidates this year.

It is understood that all candidates taking the college entrance examination this year can enjoy free admission to the Wulingyuan core scenic area of Zhangjiajie, a world natural heritage site (that is, Zhangjiajie National Forest Park only requires insurance and an IC card cost of 8 yuan/person), as well as the world's karst wonders Huanglong Cave and Zuimeiqing Lake Baofeng Lake (only insurance fees need to be purchased) with their college entrance examination admission ticket and ID card.
The core scenic spot of Wulingyuan is a world natural heritage, with "Three Thousand Strange Peaks", known as the "original Chinese painting"; the Huanglong Cave Scenic Spot is full of various cave wonders and is known as the "Underground Maze"; the Baofeng Lake Scenic Spot integrates landscapes and folk customs, and is known as the "Classic Lake of the World".

The person in charge of the Wulingyuan District Government said that after the college entrance examination and on the occasion of the 13th China's "Cultural and Natural Heritage Day", a free ticket policy for college entrance examination candidates nationwide will be launched in a timely manner. It aims to showcase Wulingyuan's rare natural heritage in the world and the fresh and refreshing ecological leisure and vacation environment, and at the same time attract the majority of college entrance examination candidates to come to Wulingyuan to relax, release their temperament, and embrace nature.
Special reminder: Please note that all recent college entrance examination graduates can enjoy this policy directly at the ticket windows of Wulingyuan Core Scenic Area (i.e. Zhangjiajie National Forest Park), Baofeng Lake, and Huanglong Cave with your ID card and college entrance examination admission ticket.
