On August 27, the core scenic area of Wulingyuan in Zhangjiajie reopened to the public. On September 1, Baofeng Lake Scenic Area and Huanglong Cave Scenic Area in Wulingyuan, Zhangjiajie reopened to the public. So far, all natural sightseeing scenic spots in Wulingyuan District have fully reopened. It is expected that Zhangjiajie Charming Xiangxi, Zhangjiajie Eternal Love and other performing arts venues will resume opening to the public in mid-to-late September!

All scenic spots in Zhangjiajie (Wulingyuan Core Scenic Area (including environmentally friendly vehicles, ropeways, elevators, sightseeing trams and other means of transportation), Baofeng Lake Scenic Area, Huanglong Cave Scenic Area, etc.) will implement a half-price ticket discount policy for tourists nationwide before September 30, 2021. During the recovery period, the number of tourists received by Wulingyuan Core Scenic Area and Baofeng Lake Scenic Area will be controlled to less than 50% of the instantaneous carrying capacity; the daily reception capacity of Huanglong Cave Scenic Area will not exceed 4,000 people.
After reopening, all scenic spots in Wulingyuan District of Zhangjiajie will continue to carry out regular epidemic prevention and control work and conscientiously implement various epidemic prevention and control measures to ensure the health and personal safety of tourists and employees. When tourists from low-risk areas across the country enter scenic spots, they must prepare their original ID cards, purchase tickets with their real names, show their health code and itinerary code, and consciously accept body temperature tests; when visiting scenic spots, all tourists must wear masks at all times in crowded areas and consciously keep an epidemic prevention distance of more than 1.5 meters from other people. The scenic spot will not accept tourists from medium- and high-risk areas and tourists with a history of staying in medium- and high-risk areas within 14 days.
