Investment in Wulingyuan livelihood projects

In the first half of 2015, Wulingyuan insisted on taking people's satisfaction as the test criterion and committed to developing people's livelihood undertakings. As of the end of June, a total of 400.976 million yuan had been invested in 23 key livelihood projects in the region, including 11.184 million yuan from the central government, 2.35 million yuan from the province and city, 349.49 million yuan from the district level, and 37.952 million yuan from the masses and social capital.
Progress of 23 key livelihood projects
In 2015, the province and city assigned a total of 23 key people's livelihood projects to Wulingyuan District. The Maojiata-Baiyangwan rural road construction project in Suoxi Town has started, and the Yangjiaping Village-Xiehe Village project in Xiehe Township is scheduled to start in July. Suoxi Town has completed the construction of 2 kilometers of ordinary highway security facilities, and the design of the remaining 23 kilometers has been completed. Solve the problem of drinking water safety for 0.16 million people. 521 new urban jobs have been created. Provided free physical examinations to 474 in-service primary and secondary school teachers in the city. Construction of 167 units of public rental housing started, and 131 units were rented on the market for long-term housing, with a construction rate of 100%. Construction of 367 units in urban shanty towns has started, with a construction rate of 72%. There were 98 new pipeline natural gas users. Suoxiyu Water Plant has completed the bidding process and is ready to start construction. The sewage treatment rate in cities and towns above the county level was 90.1% in June. The harmless treatment rate of urban domestic waste is 100%. One person with cerebral palsy is receiving rehabilitation training at the Provincial Rehabilitation Center, another person with cerebral palsy entered the Rehabilitation Department of the Municipal People's Hospital in July for rehabilitation, and one autistic child and two children with intellectual disabilities are undergoing rehabilitation training at the city's Ai Lin Qizhi School. Two deaf children are receiving deaf language training at the city's special effects, and one deaf child is undergoing cochlear implant surgery. Hospitalization and treatment of patients with severe mental illness: 19 people are currently being hospitalized. To treat and rescue poor patients with severe mental illness, 6 people are currently being hospitalized. The construction of 2 Xingfu Homes has been completed, with 10 additional beds, and another 8 are under construction. The main project of the new rural nursing home has been completed and is being renovated to add 80 beds. The construction of one elderly care service demonstration site has been completed, with 4 new beds, and the other two are under construction. The construction of 18 projects for comprehensive rural environmental improvement has been completed. The installation of village radio speakers in rural areas has been basically completed. The investigation and verification work of 20 extremely poor family planning families in the district has been completed, and the list has been reported to the city.
Ensuring and improving people's livelihood is the goal of government work.
