A week-long special inspection of electronic itineraries for tourism groups kicked off.
Electronic Itinerary Inspection Focus
In order to maintain the order of the tourism market and ensure the order of the scenic spots, in accordance with the spirit of the Zhangjiajie Municipal Government’s working meeting on controlling the flow of tourists in scenic spots, the Wulingyuan District Tourism Bureau carried out a special inspection of the electronic itinerary of the travel agency team. The key points of the inspection: First, check the elements of the itinerary, whether the content is complete, whether the team information is true and clear, and whether the seal of the travel agency and the signature or private seal of the general manager are stamped; second, strictly check whether the full-accompanying and ground-based tour guides are consistent with the itinerary. The tour guide license number of the full-accompanying and ground-based tour guides should be truthfully reported on the electronic itinerary, and the identity information should be clear. The third is to strictly check the professional behavior of tour guides, and it is strictly prohibited to change the itinerary without the consent of the travel agency and the written permission of the guests; the fourth is to check whether there are any acts of forging, altering, buying and selling, or lending tourism business certificates; the fifth is to check whether the tour guide leads the group tourists into the core scenic spot of Wulingyuan in accordance with the scheduled time and the stop of entering the scenic spot.
It is understood that Wulingyuan Tourism Bureau will strictly supervise the tourism market during the "May 1" holiday, resolutely investigate and publicly expose a number of illegal activities in the tourism market, and ensure the realization of the goals of "orderly market, orderly competition, orderly management, and orderly travel" during the "May 1" holiday.
