In response to the queue of tourists at the Shuirao Simen World Geopark Museum, Qin Jinting immediately made arrangements on site and required the Geopark Museum to quickly adopt a reservation method to reduce the time for tourists to stay and queue. The Suoxiyu Scenic Area Management Committee must effectively fulfill its territorial management responsibilities, quickly take diversion measures, and strengthen prompts and on-site guidance.
At the Tianzi Mountain Ticket Station, there were 6,000 tourists entering the mountain that morning, an extraordinary increase in passenger flow. After an on-site inspection, Qin Jinting requested that the Tianzishan Ticket Station, Tianzishan Subdistrict Office and other units should cooperate closely to ensure order, duty and service guidance, and coordinate the environmentally friendly passenger transport company to increase the number of vehicles according to passenger flow conditions to ensure that tourists can quickly enter the scenic spot.
At the Yuanjiajie Visitor Center, Qin Jinting learned in detail about the dining situation of tourists during the festival, and asked the operating units to take measures such as making reservations to reduce tourist crowding, and ensure the safety of dining.
At the No. 1 Bridge in the World and the Eco-friendly Vehicle Parking Lot of Mihuntai, Qin Jinting communicated and coordinated with the environmentally friendly passenger transport company many times in view of the queues of tourists, requesting that on-site command and dispatch be strengthened, and operating vehicles be adjusted in a timely manner according to passenger flow.
At the Bailong Elevator Monitoring and Command Center, Qin Jinting inspected the tourist traffic in the upper and lower areas of the elevator, learned about the overall reception and operation of the elevator during the festival, and asked the Suoxiyu Scenic Area Management Committee to do its best to manage the site and guide tourists safely.
On the evening of the same day, at the Wujiayu Ticket Station, because night lighting was not installed in the sign gate square, Qin Jinting asked the Wujiayu Ticket Station to quickly implement it to ensure the safety of tourists traveling at night.
According to statistics, on October 3, the number of tourists entering the mountain at one time in the core scenic area of Wulingyuan reached 47,000, ensuring a safe and orderly reception.
