4. Activity policy support:
All photographers who participate in this photography event can enjoy the following preferential policies from October 9, 2017 to February 28, 2018 after applying for a participation certificate:
A. Members of the China Photographers Association and various provincial photographers associations will apply for participation certificate A after being recognized by the Wulingyuan District Foreign Affairs Bureau and have free and unlimited access to the core scenic spots and supporting scenic spots during the competition;
B. Members of other photography groups of the city and county-level photographers associations must apply for participation certificate B after being recognized by the Wulingyuan District Tourism Bureau. After purchasing a discount ticket for core scenic spots and supporting scenic spots (after purchasing the discount ticket, each scenic spot and scenic spot must be stamped on the back of the B certificate for confirmation). With the stamp on the back of the B certificate, you can enter the corresponding scenic spots and attractions where you have purchased a discount ticket for unlimited times during the competition period.

Special note: Please bring a one-inch photo when applying for the certificate. There is a cost of RMB 50/person for certificate application, and a discount of RMB 20/person for previous contestants with previous participation certificates.

5. Submission requirements
1. Submission period: October 9, 2017 - February 28, 2018
2. The submitted works can be autumn scenery, snow scenery, and folk photos of various scenic spots (spots) in Wulingyuan taken between 2016 and 2017 (photos that have won awards in previous years will be deemed invalid).
3. Participating photographers should name the large images of their submitted works in the format of “name + work title + contact information” and send them to the organizer’s email: zjjwlylyj@163.com;
4. Submitted works must be created independently and must not be copied or infringed upon.
6. Award evaluation time
The awards will be organized from April to May 2018, and experts will be invited to organize reviews for this event.
7. Award setting
A total of 30 finalists for "Top Ten Autumn Scenery", "Top Ten Snow Scenery" and "Top Ten Folklore" were selected. Among the 30 finalists, 1 first prize winner was selected, with a bonus of 10,000 yuan; 3 second prize winners were selected, with a bonus of 5,000 yuan/person; 6 third prizes were selected, with a bonus of 3,000 yuan/person; and the remaining 20 finalists were selected for a bonus of 1,000 yuan/person. All awards can be left vacant if the award requirements are not met, and the same author will not win twice.
8. Publicity and Communication
1. During the event, edit and disseminate on Wulingyuan Tourism website, Weibo, and WeChat to expand the publicity effect, and recommend publicity to online and TV media.
2. All award-winning works will be exhibited at Wulingyuan Sign Gate Square, and a photography exhibition of Wulingyuan’s award-winning works will be held.
