On June 17, continuous rainfall occurred in the Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan scenic area. The Wulingyuan District Tourism Work Committee, in accordance with the rainy-season and flood-season reception contingency plan, orderly organized all scenic spots to ensure reception support and guarantee reception safety. That day, the Wulingyuan core scenic area received over 22,000 domestic and international visitors, a year-on-year increase of 16.5%, with no major tourism complaints.
