Wulingyuan, the core scenic spot in Zhangjiajie, is not only a tourist destination for health and leisure, green ecology, landscape scenery, and geological science, but also the main destination for sports tourism and filial piety tourism. In recent years, Wulingyuan has launched the Xiaoxing health tour, which has been widely favored by Chinese and foreign tourists. According to incomplete statistics, more than 300,000 Korean tourists come to Zhangjiajie every year to enjoy the filial piety trip. At the same time, the good ecology, high-quality air, and colorful folk customs attract sports enthusiasts at home and abroad to come for leisure and recuperation. In addition, the slalom project built by Wulingyuan is also the designated competition training base for athletes of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
