During the holidays, the district tourism bureau keeps abreast of the tourism trends of various scenic spots in the district in real time every day, reports the reception situation to the main leaders of the district tourism working committee immediately, and provides accurate information for scientific decision-making; it follows up on the booking status and vacancy status of each hotel in real time, and promptly releases room status to the outside world through Weibo, WeChat and other platforms to let tourists know about the room; it is responsible for the statistics of reception information in the district, communicates information between top and bottom, and accurately releases the reception data of scenic spots to the outside world. Actively coordinate festival interviews and reports with media at all levels; supervise the safety and emergency preparedness of various scenic spots, strengthen safety inspections during the festival; handle tourist complaints 24 hours a day, and accept tourist consultation services.
Throughout the holiday, the overall cadres and workers stayed on duty for an average of more than 10 hours a day, successfully completing various reception and support tasks assigned by the District Tourism Working Committee.
