On November 23, with the "Opinion Collection Form on Issues Harmful to the Interests of the Masses such as Inaction and Arrogance of Grassroots Cadres", the Wulingyuan District Tourism Bureau of Zhangjiajie City organized relevant departments to go deep into the front lines of tourism enterprises and ask service recipients to "feel the pulse" on the spot.
Building high-quality service agencies, creating clean and efficient agencies, and building civilized law enforcement agencies are the commitments made by the Wulingyuan District Tourism Bureau to the tourism enterprises in the region this year when carrying out the construction of party style and clean government. At the beginning of the year, the bureau formulated and promulgated regulations on integrity and self-discipline for party members and cadres serving enterprises, and included personal integrity behavior into the scope of year-end evaluation and evaluation. The disciplinary inspection team of the bureau regularly visits each service department to gather opinions and understand whether there are any inactions, random acts, etc. that harm the interests of the masses in the service behavior of overall cadres.
Year-End Follow-Up on Enterprise Satisfaction
At the end of the year, are tourism companies satisfied with the work of the Tourism Bureau? Are they satisfied with the work style of the Tourism Bureau's cadres and employees? In this regard, the Party Committee of the Bureau specially formulated the "Opinion Collection Form for Inaction and Indiscriminate Actions of Grassroots Cadres and Other Issues That Harm the Interests of the People", which lists 17 sub-items in four major categories: inaction, disorderly conduct, corruption, and unfair law enforcement. Tourism enterprises are invited to find faults on the ground and point out problems.
If there are any, then correct them; if not, then encourage them. The person in charge of the Wulingyuan District Tourism Bureau said that issues raised by service recipients must be verified one by one, draw inferences from one example, and make rectifications within a limited time limit to ensure the satisfaction of the enterprise and effectively maintain the good service image of the tourism administrative agency.
