Wulingyuan District conducts tourism safety training
In order to further enhance the service capabilities and reception level of tourism practitioners in Wulingyuan District, effectively improve the level of safety production management and safety awareness, and strive to create a safe and satisfactory tourism reception environment. On September 7, Wulingyuan District conducted the third quarter special training on tourism management and services and production safety.
Training content and safety situation briefing
This training was organized by the Wulingyuan District Tourism Bureau, with more than 100 business leaders and tourism practitioners participating. Feng Wenjun, deputy director of the Wulingyuan District Work Safety Bureau, briefed on the recent work safety situation and key work arrangements for the next step. Focusing on the theme of tourism safety knowledge, he explained the importance of safety production in enterprises from aspects such as what safety is, unsafe human behaviors, safety management defects, and the five major problems in current safety production. He also conducted safety knowledge training for participants based on actual cases and specific requirements for safety production. Tang Guosheng, deputy director of the Wulingyuan District Tourism Bureau, gave everyone a vivid lesson on tourism management and services on service quality and rights protection based on the characteristics of Wulingyuan District's tourism industry. From the aspects of what is tourism service, what is modern service industry, how to improve service quality and how to deal with excessive rights protection, it deeply analyzes how the tourism industry can better provide its own services, consolidate its own interests and create higher value for enterprises. The relevant person in charge of the Wulingyuan District Fire Brigade also conducted fire safety knowledge training.
