Fifteen Systems Issued and Implemented
Beginning on May 22, the Wulingyuan District Tourism Bureau of Zhangjiajie City issued the "Organization Management System" to strengthen the overall organization's style construction from fifteen aspects and improve the efficiency of the organization's work.
These fifteen aspects include: office work, meetings, requesting for leave, vehicle management, reception, party style and clean government, handling of letters and calls, etc. Each system has been specifically clarified and standardized. For example, in tourism administrative law enforcement, law enforcement officers are required to demonstrate their law enforcement credentials when performing duties, consciously accept supervision, and are not allowed to deliberately make things difficult for tourists. Those who violate the system will be dealt with by the bureau's disciplinary inspection team in accordance with regulations.
Rectify Six Bad Conducts
This year, the Wulingyuan District Tourism Bureau started by standardizing the work system of the agency and strived to improve the overall awareness of agency personnel in serving tourism enterprises and tourists. Focus on rectifying six bad habits that may exist among the staff of the bureau: "softness, laziness, laxity, coldness, chaos, and weakness".
The bureau's party group requires that the bureau's leadership team should start from themselves, adopt an open-door approach, widely accept the supervision of agency cadres and employees, set an example, take the lead in setting an example, and dare to catch and manage, enforce orders and prohibitions, increase the execution of the agency's work system, and enhance the consciousness and initiative of agency personnel to comply with work behavioral norms. At the same time, all tourism enterprises and service recipients are welcome to provide more opinions and supervise issues related to the work style construction of overall cadres and employees.
