At present, the awareness of social hotels in the district to use the standards and services of star-rated hotels to operate and manage hotels has increased significantly. Many social hotels have taken the initiative to request to join the ranks of national star-rated hotels and the ranks of "Integrity Business Units" and "Civilized Business Units" organized in the district.
For hotels that apply for star ratings, the district tourism department takes the initiative to provide door-to-door service guidance, further improve various reception facilities and management mechanisms according to the evaluation standards, improve service quality, and actively communicate and dock. At the same time, we use industry advantages to actively help hotels train management and service talents. In April this year, a training course for tourism employees was specially organized with the participation of more than 400 people.
